What is next?

The Lisbon Treaty signed what´s next?
Almost everyone expected the Lisbon Treaty to be signed by the end of 2009. This means that the dream of a united Europe, has become true, and Europe now stands as one Political-Economical Union.

What is next?
The treaty’s immediate future remains unclear. Other factors, such as the economic crisis, an election in the UK (as it was explained in class previously), or some other major political event (such as the outcome of the Israeli election, also seen in class, and possible action against Iran) could have a significant role.
As we know this Treaty have positive and negative aspects that have already been much evaluated. Only time will tell if a good decision has been made.

Middle East Recovery

Middle East recovery could take for decades

In a recent interview with Arla's executive director it was explained that it would take a long time for the foreign firms to re-establish the business and good trading relations with the Middle East.
"This could take years, but we want to see a dialogue that can solve the conflict and allow us to work towards re-establishing Arla's business in the Middle East."
The words of Arla were where said with precaution as they announced the production of their firm had ceased all production for its key Middle East dairy market, which brings the firm around €348.4m in sales per year.
The long-term financial fallout could be just as serious, with the Middle East viewed as a key growth region by Arla. It recently announced a plan to increase sales there to €549.9m over the next five years.
The group said its 1,200 employees in the Middle East would be kept on "to ensure that Arla can quickly restart production if consumers are prepared to buy Danish products once more".
This is just news for the Middle East.

The Obama Deception

The Obama Deception is a very cruel documentary that completely destroys the idea of Barack Obama working 24-7 for the best interests of USA. In the documentary is explained how he was pushed as savior in an attempt to con the American people into accepting global slavery. At the beginning it’s stated that the documentary it’s not about Left or Right: it's about a One World Government or a Global Government, its sound crazy but nowadays who knows what´s crazy. It is said that the international banks plans to loot the people of the United States and turn them into slaves on a Global Plantation. International bankers purposefully engineered the worldwide financial meltdown to bankrupt the nations of the planet and bring in World Government. - Obama plans to loot the middle class, destroy pensions and federalize the states so that the population is completely dependent on the Central Government. This Elite of bankers is using Obama to pacify the public so they can usher in the North American Union by stealth, launch a new Cold War and continue the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan.

Britain and France relations

Do Britain and France like each other?

If you look back on time it all started with the dates back to the Normam invasion, the Normans weren't really French, the English throne inheriting large tracts of France before France really became unified (See Eleanor of Aquitaine etc.),
clashes of religion after Henry VIII, the French wars of religion with Huguenots taking refuge in England, French support for Irish and Scottish uprisings... the fear of the French revolution, and then Napoleon, clashes over empire in the Americas, India, Africa...
Probably they don´t really like each other, but they are already have accepted the idea of living nearby. You can even say that all this Britain and France receitment is retro, and the aceptance is the new deal.

Sports and Politics

I was trying to find something I loved and right it on the blog. Sports, of course I can´t talk only about sports so this topic talks about, sports and politics.

I did a little research and I found that since before the start of Gulf War II, there has been a strong incursion of politics into the air surrounding sports. A good example is the relationship of EU-Canada its going on with Mayor League Baseball. Canadian government has been critize for their lack of support towards Ú.S.A national anthom "when your teammate and friend is in trouble, you stick up for him right or wrong, at least in spirit".

This discussion arose from an incident the previous Thursday. Fans in Montreal booed the Star-Spangled Banner as it was being played, triggering the booing of O Canada in American rinks. While the rude behavior did not last long, more trouble is on the horizon. Bud Selig, commissioner of major league baseball, decreed that during the seventh inning stretch of all home opening games, God Bless America would be sung. That’s all home openers -- including last night’s game in Toronto, between the Blue Jays and (ironically) the New York Yankees.

EU and US suspect Iran is getting nuclear help.

I have been doing a little research about what it’s going on in Iran. Previously I presented how US were worried about the new Iran proposals, and was angry because Russia didn’t wanted to do anything. Now the problem seems to have gotten bigger. EU and USA suspect that Russia is not only avoiding any type of appellation of the new Iran proposal, but also they are helping Iran to build a nuclear arsenal.
“International nuclear inspectors are investigating whether a Russian scientist helped Iran conduct complex experiments on how to detonate a nuclear weapon, The Telegraph quotes European and American officials, as saying.”
This has become a very delicate subject because, as we know, these countries have some dark history background between each other. USA reported that they have images that prove Iran is building a bomb.
“The officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the investigation is underway, said that the document appeared authentic, without explaining why.
But they made it clear that they did not think the scientist was working on behalf of Russia.”

The Pittsburg G-20 Partnership

The Pittsburg G-20 Partnership
Previously, I reported on the blog information about the G-20. Now I am going to explain a little bit, what they are doing on Pittsburgh.

In Pittsburg a public-private partnership of organizations has come together to welcome the world during the G-20 Summit on September 24-25, 2009. Chaired by Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato and City of Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl, the Partnership provides time, talent and resources to assure a welcoming, clean and green event and showcase Pittsburgh's economic, environmental and quality of life transformation.

Why in Pittsburg?
President Barack Obama stated that Pittsburgh was "the perfect place" to host the summit of G-20 economies because of the way the region has transformed from a steel powerhouse into a dynamic, balanced economy. “

US rejects Iran Nuclear Proposals

New Iran Proposal

September 11. I’m not talking terrorism here. This past September 11, the US rejected the new Iran nuclear proposal. The US wants Iran to suspend its uranium enrichment program which it says could be used for nuclear weapons. On the other hand Russia was more positive about the proposals, (funny) and ruled out the possibility of sanctions on Iran's oil sector. The US it’s very worried about this new proposals, because if they are accepted, a non political stable nation will have an atomic bomb. Not so clever.

The G-20

The G-20

A lot of people don’t even have a clue of what the G-20 is. They are a group of 20 finance minister and central bank governors.

The G-20 was created to fight the economic crisis, that it was taking place back in the 1990’s. There were similar groupings to promote dialogue and analysis. Like for example the G-7. The G-22 met at Washington D.C. in April and October 1998. Its aim was to involve non-G-7 countries in the resolution of global aspects of the financial crisis then affecting emerging-market countries.

Who is part of the G-20 nowadays?

• Argentina
• Australia
• Brazil
• Canada
• China
• France
• Germany
• India
• Indonesia
• Italy
• Japan
• Mexico (Yes, we are part)
• Russia
• Saudi Arabia
• South Africa
• South Korea
• Turkey
• United Kingdom
• United States of America

Thanks to the G-20, financial abuse has been reduce, along with terrorism and corruption. Also, the G-20 has helped non-devolped countries to emerge.

Comment of Angela Merkel

I was going to post about her life and what is she doing right now in Germany. You beat me so I'll just complete a little bit your very well done post.

The first detail I think you should had included is her ocupation before being a chancellor of Germany. Which was being a member of the Bundestag Gabinet. Afterwards she became Minister for the Environment and Nuclear Safety, which gave her greater political visibility and a platform on which to build her political career.

That was the beginning of a stellar carrer...

Illegal Weapon Exportation

Lara Jakes reported that illegal weapons exportation it’s growing. “Missile technology, fighter jet parts, night vision goggles and other U.S. wartime equipment increasingly are being illegally smuggled to potential adversaries, such as China and Iran, the federal government said Thursday” This is a big problem because governments are not making money (by taxes) with “exportations” also since what they export its already a problem, every country that buys this product are not only losing money, but also they are losing security.

A recommend to you people, watching the movie “Lord of Wars”, which talks about this problem and how government are not doing anything to solve it.

Japanese Elections 2009

In this post I’ll talk about the recent Japanese elections. These elections were notable because it was the first time and opposition party won since a very long time ago. Actually the Democratic Party (former ruler of Japan) had been in the power since 1955. Yukio Hatoyama it’s the new PDJ leader. Another detail that I need to highlight is that 33 millions of Japanese cast their vote for the now elected minister.
