Female Leaders in South America

After talking about how there are good and powerful female leaders I thought that it should'nt won't make much difference. The issue should not be about whether the candidate is a woman or not. I believe that men and women can both be effective leaders, it really depends on the person. But, after watching this video we can see the difference ;)
