I think that a permanent president for the European Union will be much better than to be changing them. This is because, this way the EU will be more stable with their goals because the president will not be remove from his/her job while they are doing something for Europe.
Tony Blair...
He is a British politician and was the prime minister of the United Kingdom.
By the time when he was in turn as the president of the European Union, he aprove the Euro to be all around Europe, but he didn't introduce it into his own country.
One of his last action was beeing part of the deal in the Lisboan Treaty.
Because of all the things he have done for the EU, in 2008 was mentioned as one of the main possible candidate for the stable presidence of the European Union in 2009.
He will have the support of the United Kingdom, as well as with Angela Merkel and Nicolas Sarkozy.
