Now a days teenages are dealing with an overloaded schedule. Not only with school but with their extra-curricular classes. Some factors are: academic pressure and dealing with taking decisions toward our carrer, fashion pressure, peer-pressure to take drugs or other stuff. pressure to fit in, adapt to body changes, family and peer conflicts, overloading in activities. Stress can cause us many illnesses that's why we have to take care and not overloead our schedules, choose priorities and make our choises without thinking in what others would say. The most important is to sleep 8 hours at least.
