In Leicestershire, police are starting to sell and auctioning every confiscated item that they get or had before to "reclaim" the value of goods that have been confiscated from criminals. They are using online auction site eBay, a wide and very popular site for selling items on internet.
Some people are calling this corrupt purchasing because of the background this items have, some of this items were bought with black money, meaning stealing, drug dealing, etc. Do we really want to buy this things? Do they really need to sell this items? Should they? Its been few days since they started to sell the items and there's been a couple of complains at POCA (Proceeds of Crime Act), institution who is in charge of this movement. The money will be split between the force and the government.
